No, we do not require you to obtain renters insurance. Our PropertyShield Program covers damage you may cause to your apartment and any other property we own in or around the apartment.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Yes, after 14 days they will be considered an occupant and will need to qualify and sign the lease.
Do you have reserved parking?
We do not but do offer a covered parking garage for resident and visitor use.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

Apartments are cable ready, we do not offer cable.
Does the property have a fitness center?

No, there are grills onsite/common area.
Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
